I hold a PhD in Education Policy, Organization & Leadership with a Dissertation on Examining the Structure and Efficacy of Learning Management Systems. I’m currently working as an Independent Consultant unleashing the power of learning tools and as an eLeaning Specialist at the University of Illinois, helping Faculty members develop online courses and choose the best digital tools according to their pedagogies.

I have worked with diverse populations connected to my Land-Grant University: from First-semester Freshmen to Adult Learners, from At-risk Undergraduates to Medical School Students, from local Community Partners to Faculty in developing nations. I understand the potential as well as the limitations of learning technologies and the pedagogies that can best implement them for institutional success.
